It is with huge sadness that we lost one of our great friends and Vice Presidents recently.

Crispin Gillbard was ever present at Combe Park for decades - as a guardian of the club, a cricket lover, a sponsorship seller, a flower bed pruner and everyone’s favourite jester too.

Crispin loved Lansdwon Cricket Club and we loved him too. The fabric of the place will not be the same without him around.

Crispin's funeral service will be held at Haycombe Cemetary top Chapel on Friday 28th October at 12pm, with the wake at Lansdown Cricket Club to follow
